We adopt a customer service approach to our management of soft services, recognising that this is very much the 'people' side of Facilities Management. Many of our soft services processes were developed in the hospitality industry where 'customer care' is at the forefront of all activities. We are also able to offer you assistance in a wide range of related areas including the contract tender process and benchmarking - assisting you to identify and model an appropriate support services solution and compare costs and service levels against other companies in similar environments.
What we can do:
  • Develop service processes in a wide range of FM soft service areas including catering, cleaning, security, reprographics, portaging and mail room
  • Assist in the contract tender process for each service area
  • Carry out benchmarking activities to ensure value for money is being achieved
  • Develop 'standard operating procedures'
  • Develop 'performance management' processes to monitor and ensure correct service delivery
